1. How can I replace my product if I have a size problem?
If you would like to replace the product (s) for any reason, please return the package to the following address within 14 days:

As soon as the package has been returned and our colleagues have checked the product (s) and everything is found to be correct, we will refund the product (s) within 14 days as required by law. Then, place a new order for the product you want instead.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition with the original packaging. Washed, used products cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Can I replace it in a showroom?
Unfortunately, products purchased from our webshop cannot be replaced in the showroom.
3. If you do not like the dress, can I request a refund?
Yes, of course, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase without giving any reason and request a refund.
Here's how: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and after everything has been agreed, return the product (s) in their original condition with the following packaging to: 1076 Budapest, Garay tér 1. We can only refund the purchase price to the bank account number you provided. We will credit the amount within 14 days of receiving your receipt, upon receipt of the package. You will be charged the cost of return, unless for any reason the product arrives defective or if you did not send what you ordered. In these cases, of course, our company will cover the postage. It is safest to choose a courier service (eg GLS) when returning. If you post the package by post, please do so. Thank You!
4. I do not have a credit card, how can I order / pay?
In this case, please select the CODE OF PAYMENT method. You can then pay in cash to the GLS courier on delivery.
5. How long do you ship the parcel?
Delivery time within Hungary is 2-8 working days.
6. Can I order by phone?
We are unable to place orders through Customer Service. However, you can easily place your order on the website after a quick registration.
7. I wasn't home when the package was brought. How do I get it?
In all cases, the GLS courier will try to deliver the package three times before sending an SMS notification of the expected arrival. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be canceled. If you would still like to receive the package, please place a new order for the product (s).
8. Why didn't I receive the invoice in the package?
Invoices will be issued electronically via the system of Szamlazz.hu and will be emailed to the email address you provided once your order has been placed, so we will no longer issue a paper invoice.
9. Is it possible to try clothes before buying?
